OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE
A practical system of checks throughout stitching, finishing and packing.
The company profile describes quality control at different stages of the production process. In-house knitwear manufacturing is complemented by commercially outsourced dyeing and finishing, followed by garment production and inspection in the factory.
Of the 150 employees referenced in the profile, five are directly assigned to quality control. Three independent quality controllers may also be used for spot checks when required.
Jamsheed Apparel also welcomes independent or buying-house quality controllers as part of its transparent, collaborative approach.

A sealed reference sample is displayed in the central stitching area. Inspectors monitor production and perform random checks to support consistent workmanship.

After trimming, garments undergo detailed checks. Approved garments receive a QC seal and are subsequently pressed and prepared for packing.

Finished orders are subject to final random checks, then organized and packed for distribution.
